Pomegranate molasses is syrupy and rich, tangy and a little musky with a depth of flavour. Made by reducing the pomegranate juice of a tart variety of pomegranate, evaporated to form a thick, dark red liquid. A traditional ingredient in Middle Eastern cooking and can be used in a variety of dishes. A very versatile ingredient that can be whisked into salad dressings, stirred into iced teas and other drinks, brushed on meat as a glaze and drizzled over roasted vegetables.

All our fruit and vegetables are grown along organic lines, free of insecticides, fertilizers or any other poisons. We hand make small batches of a wide range of preservative-free preserves, jams, chutneys, relishes, sauces and bottled fruit. This ensures that, by not over-processing, the result is concentrated, natural flavours.
