Domestic Delivery Policy
Delivery processing time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed from noon Friday through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed by a few days. If your delivery experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Delivery rates and delivery estimates
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We use Pudo to deliver our bottles and heirloom seed straight to your door.

Delivery Confirmation
You will receive a delivery confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been sent.
Damages
Wickedfood Earth is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery. If you
received your order damaged, please let us know and we will help find a solution.
International Delivery Policy
We currently do not deliver outside South Africa.
Incorrect Delivery Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the delivery address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Wickedfood Earth will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong delivery address and we cannot recover the package.
