On Monday the 28th July at 6pm Wickedfood has scheduled an Italian themed cooking class entitled Jamie’s Italy.  (R430 per person). Join us in this Italian cooking class as we sample the flavours of 8 dishes from Jamie Oliver’s road trip through Italy’s culinary landscape. These authentic recipes learnt in this Italian cooking class are practical for foreigners, and the instructions easy to understand. Dishes include toasted bread Brushette with delicious toppings including eggplant and mint, a basic Risotto Bianco with chicken stock and cheese, baked creamy chicken and spaghetti pie, a grilled fish with herbs and a garlic sauce, Grilled mushroom thinly sliced with melted mozzarella and thyme, Jamie’s caprese salad with baby tomatoes, mozzarella and basil, and fresh fruit and almond tart that sums up Tuscan desserts.

Wickedfood cooking School runs cooking classes throughout the year at its purpose-built cooking studios. Classes are run in the mornings and evenings 7 days a week (subject to a minimum of 12 people). The venue is also popular for corporate events and private functions – team building cooking classes, birthdays, kitchen teas, and dinner parties with a difference.

Our classes are hands-on, where every person gets to participate in the preparation of the dishes. They are also a lot of fun where you not only learn new skills, but get to meet people with similar interests. For corporate groups and teambuilding cooking classes these events are a novel way of creating staff interaction or entertaining clients.
