On Sunday a group of friends from Pretoria booked a cooking class with us at Wickedfood Earth Country Cooking School. We showed them how to break down a pig before they cooked a delicious meal including Braaied deboned Pork leg with salsa and Baked fruit pudding (our recipe of the month) with the first of our mulberries.

Our country cooking school offers tailor-made food events and cooking classes for both individuals and groups. For our team building cooking classes, we give each team a mystery basket of seasonal produce from our farm and recipe booklet with a wide choice of recipes pertaining to the supplied items. Each team comes up with a 6-dish menu.
