Ramen is a noodle soup dish that was originally imported from China and has become one of the most popular dishes in Japan in recent decades. Made with an intensely porky, opaque pale broth with a sticky-lipped intensity and the rich, buttery texture of light cream, there’s no smell more warming on a cold day than a big hot bowl of Tonkotsu Ramen set before you.
