Wickedfood Cooking School in Johannesburg recently spent the morning with members of ABSA cooking a fantastic menu inspired by Jamie Oliver and his Naked Chef TV show. Jamie believes in using simple quality ingredients over lots of lavish ingredients to showcase how to strip a menu and create something wonderful with not much fuss. The cooks all enjoyed the dishes learnt and worked well in the teams. This team building cooking activity works so well with large groups as it encourages participants to all get involved for the common cause of lunch.
