Wickedfood Cooking School in Johannesburg recently hosted members of ENS Africa for an evening of fun in the kitchen. This cooking class was based on Jamie Oliver’s very successful cookbook entitled ‘The Naked Chef’. The participants all got there hands dirty as they all had a hand in preparing 6 dishes that made up a 3-course meal. These cooking classes are a great way of interacting with your colleagues in a fun, relaxed environment making it a perfect team building activity. Everyone had a blast and we look forward to cooking with this lively group of kitchen cowboys again.
