Christmas Gammons. At Wickedfood Earth Farm, we be Christmas Gammons.
At Wickedfood Earth Farm, we believe in making your Christmas celebrations truly unforgettable with the best pork products, all farmed and prepared with care. Since May, we've been working hard to bring you a range of mouthwatering, farm-fresh and cured meats for your holiday table. 

Our gammons are a labour of love, prepared the old-fashioned way. These hams are brined in a flavourful apple-spice mix for 15-30 days, air-dried, and cold-smoked for a week before being vacuum-packed. Sizes range from ±2.5 to ±5kg. All you need to do is boil and glaze for the perfect holiday centrepiece. Only 3 left - ±4kg, 3kg and 2kg.

We also still have a few Hot-Smoked Hams available.
Our deboned, hot-smoked shoulder and neck hams are perfect for no-fuss entertaining. We have sizes ranging from 1kg to ±2kg. Simply defrost, carve, and serve - ideal for casual Christmas lunches and dinners. We’ll even throw in some serving ideas to make your hosting even easier.

Our pigs are raised without growth stimulants or antibiotics, ensuring that you get pure, natural, slow grown pork every time. Over the years, we’ve successfully raised more than 1,500 pigs, always keeping their well-being and health as our top priority. Our pigs take on average 3 times as long to reach slaughter weight. 

Careful Breeding for Superior Meat.
We’ve spent years refining our pig breeds to create the perfect free-range pork for South African conditions. By selectively crossing Kolbroek, Duroc, and European boar, we’ve developed a pig that’s hardy, healthy, and produces pork that’s tender, juicy, and full of flavour.

Each month, we slaughter a pig and handle everything right on our farm. From butchering to curing and vacuum-packing, we ensure complete traceability and quality.
