Serving suggestion: On crostinis as a starter, over pasta, couscous or rice, as a vegetarian meal with a salad, or as a side with grilled or roast meats.
Cooking method: Defrost first, then in a pot, heat over low on a stovetop with the lid on until completely defrosted, stirring occasionally. Raise the heat, lift the lid and stir until the dish comes to a boil.
A delicious blend of roasted classic Mediterranean ingredients. We use organically grown heirloom vegetables from the farm – long red peppers, aubergine, onion and a little tomato.
