Harrief Moroccan Hot Sauce
This is a hot sauce inspired by the sauces of North Africa. It’s great for adding an instant piquancy to sauces, soups, stews, salads, and pasta, or brush it onto meat before braaiing. It’s sweet at first from the sweet red peppers we use, then there’s a sourness that comes in the aftertaste, a funkiness from the garlic, and heat from jalapeno chillies that ends with a soft burn.

- For a hot kick to your meat, brush it onto meat before braaiing.
- Add as a condiment to soups, stews, salads, and pasta;
- Add to hamburgers and boerewors rolls with caramelized onion for a good hit of chilli;
- A great side for a big breakfast fry-up.
