A firm favourite at many of Wickedfood Earths’ farm to fork food experiences, this couscous dish makes the perfect accompaniment to many of our main meals. It is also delicious on its own and includes bits of red pepper, carrots, raisins, sesame seeds and preserved lemon for extra flavour. For a quick light lunch dish fold in some shredded leftover roast chicken, lamb or grilled fish.
The couscous was very tasty, albeit a little dry. I would definitely order it again.
