The perfect all-round sausage,  a mild, fresh pork sausage, with a hint of pepper and garlic.

Our sausages are cereal and gluten free, have no fillers and are 100% pure veld raised meat. Most of the spices and herbs we use are grown on our farm. We do not use flavour enhancers, msg or preservatives in our sausages.

Serving Suggestions

  1. Slice two onions and fry in a pan with a lid, for ±10 minutes till soft. Move to the middle of the pan and add the sausage. Fry on both sides for a little colour, then add 1/2 cup water and simmer gently, with the lid on for ±20 minutes till cooked through. Move off the heat and alow to rest for 5 minutes. Serve in rolls or with mash potato.
