A hearty, chunky pork and vegetable soup perfect for a chilly winter evening. Bone broth is gluten-free, keto, paleo-friendly, and very good for you. Bone broth is rich in minerals that help build and strengthen your bones. It also contains many other healthy nutrients, including vitamins, amino acids, and essential fatty acids. The gelatin in bone broth supports healthy digestion. The amino acids in bone broth help fight inflammation. Because of this, eating it may help protect against disease. The amino acids in bone broth help support joint health, and consuming it may help lessen the symptoms of osteoarthritis.
For our bone broth, we simmer meaty bones with vegetables for 24 hours witch allows the bones to release collagen (in a more digestible form as gelatine), glutamine, glycine, proline, and minerals. These nutrients are what make bone broth so unique. We then strip the meat from the bones and mix it with a selection of 7 chopped seasonal vegetables and tomato, and poach them in the broth until just soft, before packaging and freezing to lock in all that goodness.
