Beef Goulash



Serving suggestion: Mash, noodles, rice, couscous, dumplings or vetkoek.

Cooking method: Defrost first, then in a pot, heat over low on a stovetop with the lid on until completely defrosted, stirring occasionally. Raise the heat, lift the lid and stir until the dish comes to a boil.

Our hearty beef stew is a winter winner. We use a blend of our own farm-grown dried red peppers, tomato, paprika and chill and simmer the beef chunks until they are meltingly tender. Once heated through, stir in soured cream and parsley for an indulgent and delicious dinner.
