Apricot & yellow mustard relish
This chunky relish with lots of fruit, yellow mustard seed, garlic, ginger, fresh turmeric, dried spices, and a touch of chilli. Good blend of curry spicy, sour, sweet and salty, perfect with good cheese, ham or cold meats including smoked chicken, lamb and roast beef.

Apricot season at Wickedfood Earth Farm starts around mid November each year. Despite the drought, no irrigation and hail, we are still getting a good crop – deferentially a water-wise crop for the future. We use no pesticides or fertilizer, just compost we make on the farm.
