Wickedfood Earth Country Cooking School has become synonymous with great Xmas cooking workshops, where we give you tips and ideas on how to prepare some slightly different wow factor dishes with confidence to make your Xmas celebrations a memorable event. This year we will again be offering ±1 hour hands-on workshop and Q&A session on:
- How to prepare gammon;
- Great sauces for ham;
- De-boning and stuffing a duck, a great alternative for either a hot or cold Xmas celebration;
- The perfect Xmas pudding for hot weather – our very different take on frozen Xmas pudding.
- And to top it all off, you will be able to purchase some of our products, including limited hams.
This will be followed by a 3 course lunch of our mezze dips from our own vegetables, cured meats, two different hams, de-boned stuffed duck, with vegetables and other goodies produced on the farm, and dessert.
