A classic Polish style dried sausage, similar to salami, made with a blend of veld raised pork and beef, finely ground. A perfect snack. Vacuum packed in two sizes;
- 150g sticks @ R40 each;
- Thicker whole Cabanossi ±320g each @ R70 each.
All produce must be pre-ordered for collection. We are a small scale sustainable farm and artisanal producer selling off small quantities of excess produce. Please allow ±7 days from placing your order to collection.
