At Wickedfood Earth Farm we bottle all excess fruit and vegetables at the peak of their ripeness. All our fruit and vegetables are grown along organic lines free of insecticides, fertilizers or any other poisons, only using compost we make on the farm. We hand make a wide range of preserves, jams, chutneys, relishes, sauces and bottled fruit. Apricot season at Wickedfood Earth Farm starts around mid November each year. Despite the drought, no irrigation and hail, we are still getting a good crop – deferentially a water-wise crop for the future.
