Scheduled individual classes run every Monday at 18h00. All classes are hands on and run for approximately 3 and a half hours, including tasting the food prepared, at the end of the class. The format of each class is as follows:

  • Introduction to the menu and preparation of all the dishes to be cooked. We work on a minimum of 6 dishes per class. Each class is a separate module where a full menu is prepared.
  • The class is stopped periodically for students to see each dish cooked. Students are encourage to ask our qualified instructor questions.
  • At the end of the class, participants taste the food that they have prepared.
